From the 1st of July essential banking information is also represented in euros

As of the 1st of July 2010, essential banking information is represented both in Estonian kroons and euros by Sampo Pank. The changes mainly concern the bank’s price list and representing of the balance of the customer’s account.
Pursuant to the respective decree of the Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications it is mandatory to publish the prices of goods and services both in kroons and euros from the 1st of July 2010. The Bank’s price list in both currencies is available on Sampo Pank’s website and in the bank’s outlets. However, until the 1st of January 2011, service fees will still be debited to the customer’s account in Estonian kroons, although the respective fees will also be displayed in euros so that customers can get used to the prices.
Additionally, the customer’s total assets with the bank will also be expressed in euros in Sampo Internet Bank. A euro calculator which enables you to convert prices or amounts is available both in Sampo Internet Bank and on Sampo Pank’s website. If you enter an amount in Estonian kroons, the calculator will display it automatically in euros. If you enter an amount in euros, the calculator will display it automatically in Estonian kroons.
