With effect from the 1st of July Sampo Pank will not accept reusable code cards in making payments via Sampo online bank and phone bank. Neither is it possible to enter Sampo online bank or phone bank with reusable code cards after this deadline.
Customers who wish to use the one-time code card or the PIN calculator instead of the reusable code card should visit one of Sampo Pank’s outlets. One–time code cards are issued to customers free of charge. In the period of 20.04.2010 to 01.08.2010, ID card readers are available at a discount price of EEK 50.00 in all outlets of Sampo Pank.
After the 1st of July 2010 customers can continue using the ID-card, the Mobile-ID, the PIN-calculator, as well as one-time code cards in electronic channels.
