From 10 June 2010 conditions of the financial instruments agreements will be partly amended

From 10 June 2010 Conditions of the Customer Agreement on Financial Instruments and Additional Conditions of the Supplementary Agreement of the Agreement on Securities Account and Provision of Securities Services (hereinafter together Conditions) will be partly amended as follows:
Conditions of the Customer Agreement on Financial Instruments and Additional Conditions of the Supplementary Agreement of the Agreement on Securities Account and Provision of Securities Services (hereinafter together Conditions) will be amended as follows:
- Conditions of the Customer Agreement on Financial Instruments,
- Additional Conditions of the Supplementary Agreement of the Agreement on Securities Account and Provision of Securities Services.
1) Clause 12.1.(xi) of Conditions of the Customer Agreement on Financial Instruments will be amended and worded as follows:
"(xi) the appointment of an interim trustee by the court in connection with possible declaration of bankruptcy of the Customer;",
2) Clause 3.7.(j) of Additional Conditions of the Supplementary Agreement of the Agreement on Securities Account and Provision of Securities Services will be amended and worded as follows:
"(j) the appointment of an interim trustee by the court in connection with possible declaration of bankruptcy of the Customer;".
Customers can familiarize themselves with the amended wording of the Conditions in all Sampo Pank`s branches as well as here.
If a customer disagrees with the new Conditions, he/she/it is entitled to initiate cancellation of the above-named agreements at any of the Bank`s branches until 09 June 2010, at the latest. In case the customer has not cancelled the agreement by the above deadline, he/she/it is deemed to have agreed to the new Conditions.
