Deadlines for the Execution of Payments During the Holidays

Due to Easter holidays domestic and international settlement services will be provided by Sampo Pank as follows.
International payment orders will be accepted for execution on the same banking day, if the payment order reaches the Bank:
- on the 1st of April before 16:00, if an urgent and extra urgent payment order reaches the Bank before 14:00 and intra-Group payment order reaches the Bank before 15:00.
As the 5th of April is a public holiday in a number of European countries, payments in the respective currencies will not be executed on that day.
Depending on the type of international payment, the value date of EUR payments is as follows:
- extra urgent and intra-Group payment - 01.04.10
- urgent payment – 06.04.10
- ordinary payment and EU-payment – 07.04.10.
The 2nd of April is a public holiday and therefore no international payments will be executed on that day.
Domestic payment orders will be accepted for execution and will be forwarded to the payee’s bank on the same day, if the payment order reaches the Bank on the 1st of April before 17:00. The 2nd of April is a public holiday and no domestic inter-bank payments will be executed on that day. Payment orders which reach the Bank on that day, will be forwarded to the payee’s bank on the 5th of April 2010.
