On 14 September 2007, the Supervisory Board of AS Sampo Pank satisfied the resignation application submitted by Margus Zhuravlyov, Development Director and Member of the Management Board of AS Sampo Pank.Aivar Rehe, Chairman of the Management Board of AS Sampo Pank, highly appreciates Margus Zhuravlyov’s contribution to Sampo Pank’s development. "Sampo Pank has developed very fast in recent years and Margus Zhuravlyov has played a significant role in the implementation of changes. One of the most professional client service systems in Estonia has been established under his leadership. His contribution to Sampo Pank’s integration with Danske Bank, due to Sampo Pank’s ownership change early this year, has also been valuable.”
In Margus Zhuravlyov’s estimation Sampo Pank has been successful, because it has invested in the development of its personnel and has had courage to differ from other market players. “ Seven years of working experience in the fastest developing Estonian bank are invaluable. “I believe that due to new owners the present strong company will get a new impulse for further development,” added Zhuravlyov.
Margus Zhuravlyov will continue working as Development Director and Member of the Management Board of AS Sampo Pank until 1 October 2007.
