From 15 October 2007 AS Sampo Pank’s general terms and conditions will be partly amended.Customers can familiarize themselves with the amended wording of the above-mentioned terms and conditions in all AS Sampo Pank’s offices as well as on the Bank’s homepage www.sampopank.ee.
If a customer disagrees with the new terms and conditions, he/she is entitled to initiate the termination of the respective agreement at any of the Bank’s offices until 12 October 2007, at the latest. In case the customer has not informed the Bank about his/her wish to terminate the agreement by the above deadline, he/she is deemed to agree to the new terms and conditions.
