From 1st October 2007 the Terms and Conditions of the Debit Card Agreement Will Be Changed

From 1st October 2007, Sampo Pank will amend the terms and conditions of Debit Card Agreement. Customers can familiarize themselves with the amended version of the above-mentioned terms and conditions in all Sampo Pank’s offices and on the Bank's website www.sampopank.ee.

If a customer disagrees with the new terms and conditions, he/she is entitled to initiate termination of his/her Debitcard agreement concluded with the Bank at any of the Bank’s offices until 30 September 2007, at the latest. In case the customer has not informed the Bank about his/her wish to terminate the agreement by the above deadline, he/she is deemed to have agreed to the new terms and conditions.
