Deadlines for transactions on 17 August in connection with the public holiday

As a result of the Independence Day public holiday on 20 August, settlements and currency conversion will be effected in Sampo Bank on Friday 17 August at the following times:
- International payments will be accepted for same-day processing on 17 August if the payment order reaches the bank before 4.00 pm. Urgent and very urgent payment orders must be received before 2.00 pm. The deadline for Sampo payments is 3.00 pm. Orders received after these times will be processed on 21 August.
- Domestic payments will be accepted for same-day processing and forwarded to the beneficiary’s bank on 17 August if the payment order reaches the bank before 5.00 pm. Orders received after these times will be forwarded to the beneficiary’s bank on 21 August.
- Internal bank payments and ordinary exchange rate conversion orders are accepted every day until 9.00 pm for processing on the same day.
- Conversion transactions using special exchange rates will be accepted for same-day processing on 17 August if the conversion order reaches the bank before 4.30 pm. Orders received after these times will be processed on 21 August.
