On Monday, the 21st of May, the Finnish wholesaler Kesko Oyj issued new nine-month discounted commercial paper worth LVL 5.8 million through AS Sampo Pank. The issue was targeted at Latvian investors. The redemption date of the commercial paper is the 21st of February 2008 and the yield to maturity is 9.93% per annum.The primary offer was carried out via private placement. The subscribers of the commercial paper were primarily Latvian institutional investors.
