-- BOXES END --

The payments notice will give You updated information on payments incoming to and outgoing from the account.

Incoming payments notice is an electronic service between information systems, which is useful in case:

  • You want Your clients to have updated information on incoming payments
  • The amount of payments You have going in and out of the financial system is large
  • You want to get an automatic overview of the incoming/outgoing payments

To receive information regarding the incoming and the outgoing payments, You do not have to submit requests to the bank – all information exchange takes place automatically between Your server and the bank’s server:

  • After the payment has come in or gone out, the bank’s system will save an .xml formatted notice in its SonicMQ server.
  • When Your server/application is connected to the bank’s SonicMQ server, this information will be transmitted.
  • When Your server/application is not connected to the bank’s server, all notices will be held for 72 hours, after which they will be deleted.
  • Your server/application converts (and, if necessary, filters) the incoming notices into formats suitable for Your systems and/or data bases.

Incoming payments notice contains the following information:

  • Archiving code
  • Order no.
  • Payer
  • Payer’s account
  • Payer’s registration code or personal identity code (if known to the bank)
  • Date of submitting the payment order
  • Beneficiary
  • Beneficiary’s account
  • Reference number
  • Date of incoming payment
  • Transaction code
  • Amount
  • Currency
  • (Payer’s reference number)
  • (State Treasury’s reference number)
  • Payment details

For safe exchange of information, a secure VPN communication channel will be established between Your server and the bank’s server.

To start the service of receiving incoming payments notices, the following IT development tasks must be completed:

  • Establishing Your end of the VPN channel
  • Developing the application necessary for receiving notices from SonicMQ server

The IT managers of Your company and the bank’s will have to agree the establishment of the VPN channel connection, exchange of server IP addresses and other technical data.

For additional information, please turn to the client manager in our Business division or let us know of Your interest skanal at sampopank dot ee.
