- Russian Rouble payments must be entered in the Russian language using Latin letters according to the Russian-Latin character chart (PDF).
Transfers in Russian Roubles (RUB)
Following the instructions of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, we ask You to provide the following additional data on international payment orders made in Russian Roubles:
The payment order must contain the following information about the beneficiary:
- full name and address of the beneficiary bank
- code of the beneficiary bank (BIK) – a 9-digit number
- the correspondent bank account of the beneficiary's bank in the Settlement Authority of the Russian Central Bank– a 20-digit number
- INN of the beneficiary or her bank – a 10-digit identification code of taxpayers
- name of beneficiary; if the beneficiary is a private person, this must include the surname, first names and the patronymic
- beneficiary's account – 20-digit account number
- type of transaction made (5-digit VO code). For example: (VO10080). See: codes of transaction types
- amount of NDS (VAT) to be paid. Regarding goods or services that are not subject to VAT, please write “BEZ NDS”.
The details of the payment should include the purpose (“details”) of payment (e.g. for goods or services, pre-payment, numbers and dates of invoices and agreements).
Russian Rouble payments must be entered in the Russian language using Latin letters according to the Russian-Latin character chart (PDF).
Transfers in Ukrainian Hryvnias (UAH)
- the payer and the beneficiary can only be legal persons
- the payment order requires the code of beneficiary bank (MFO) – a 6-digit number
- the payment order requires the OKPO code of the beneficiary or her bank – an 8-digit number
- the number and the date of the contract, and the name of the good or service must be provided in the details of the payment
Transfers in Belorussian Roubles (BYR)
- the payment order requires the code of the beneficiary bank (MFO) – a 3- or 9-digit number
- the number and the date of the contract or the invoice, and the name of the good or service must be provided in the details of the payment
- the payment amount must be rounded up to an integer
