Danske Capital AS is established in 1995, being one of the first asset management companies acting in the Baltics. The main functions of Danske Capital AS are managing investment funds (incl. pension funds) and securities’ portfolios, as well as investment advisory. The clients of Danske Capital AS are institutionals acting in the field of insurance, investment funds, foundations, companies and group private banking clients.
Belonging to Danske group, Danske Capital AS is a part of a leading international team of more than 120 investment professionals, managing assets of more than 80 billion euros.
In order to achieve the best results in investment Danske Capital’s investment know-how is focused on investment into developed and emerging Europe regions as well as on compiling global asset allocation. To cover asset management expertise in the Baltics, Balkans, Eastern Europe, incl. Russia and CIS countries, an international team “Danske Alpha East” is working in Danske Capital AS. In addition to the best specialists from Denmark and Finland, a group of Danske Capital’s investment managers belong to the team.
Investment know-how in other investment areas is covered by Danske Capital’s so-called open architecture model, i.e. cooperation between other professional and recognized asset management companies. Know-how of partners is used for investments into equity investments of Japan, China, India, North and South America, as well as bond investments of emerging markets.
